How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, choose delivery or pickup and a time window, then check out. You can shop as a guest or with an account; an account keeps your orders, addresses, favorites and Buy Again list.

How can I pay?

You can pay with: Cash on delivery. In the store we take cash and cards.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs $4.99 per order. Delivery is free on orders of $75.00 or more. The minimum order for delivery is $35.00. Store pickup is free.

Do you deliver to my address?

We deliver to these ZIP codes: 11432. Enter your ZIP code when you choose delivery to check.

How do items sold by weight work?

We weigh fresh items when we pack your order and charge for the real weight. We stay close to the amount you asked for and never pack more than 10% over it.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we replace it with a similar one unless you said not to. You choose this for each item in your cart, and the default in your account. You pay the lower of the two prices. Items we leave out are refunded.

How do I follow my order?

Open "Track your order" with your order number and e-mail, or see the order in your account. Each step shows as soon as it happens: accepted, picking, packed, out for delivery or ready for pickup, completed.
