This page explains what information Khaamar Baari keeps when you shop with us, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your name, e-mail, phone number and delivery addresses, to take and deliver your orders.
- Your orders and preferences (for example what to do when an item is unavailable), to show your order history and Buy Again list.
- Messages you send us through the Contact & Help form.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. Your card number is entered with them and never stored on our website.
Messages we send
We e-mail you about your orders (received, accepted, ready, on its way, refunds). We send text messages only if you turn them on in your account, and offers only if you ask for them.
Who sees your information
Only our staff who need it for your order (for example the driver sees your delivery address), and the services that run the shop for us, such as payment and e-mail. We do not sell your information.
Cookies
The website uses cookies to keep your cart, your delivery or pickup choice and your sign-in. They are needed for the shop to work.
Your choices
You can see and change your details in your account, turn messages on or off, or ask us for a copy of your information or to delete it. We keep order records as long as the law requires.
